To get all the prefabs follow the text tutorial.

goto: *\Steam\steamapps\common\portal 2\sdk_content\maps\instances

Search for *.vmf

Copy all the search results to: *\Steam\steamapps\common\portal 2\bin\Prefabs

You will now have all the prefabs!
